The women in Honduras who are involved in God's Grace Linens take great pride in their work, using the gifts and talents God has blessed them with. They are grateful for this means to give back to God in thanksgiving for all He gives them. They are also thankful for this opportunity to provide for their families and to support their local church.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Canon to the Ordinary

I am a single mother of two.  I live in the community of Rinco deDolores de Francisco Morazan, and I am very thankful for God and  my Episcopal Church and the sewing co-op that I am part of.  I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have had many chemotherapies but have not lost faith.  Our LORD is faithful and compassionate.  I have faith that He will help me triumph over this cancer.

Everything I do, I do it with love.  Every purificator I try to make as pretty as I can so those who purchase them can enjoy and value our work.

Everyone in the sewing group gets along really well. I am thankful for the group and Reverend Connie because not only have they helped me economically, but also morally and spiritually....I am also thankful to the Diocese of Central Florida* because they value our work and help us with our sales and their friendship.  Everything helps me face all of my situation with my head held high.

The Honduran women are very excited with their projects, which are helping their lives by motivating them, giving them hope, enabling them to feel useful, while granting the possibility of covering their needs with the income they make.  They are all very thankful and want to tithe to their churches, because they know it is the Lord who has brought this hope to empower them to be successful women.
